Mobile & RON Retainer Policy

A non-refundable travel retainer is required for all mobile notary appointments to secure your specific travel time and professional availability.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) fees are due in full before the session begins and are non-refundable once the session starts, including in cases of failed identity verification (KBA/credential analysis), signer refusal, or client-side technical issues.

For mobile services, the travel retainer fee is applied toward your total cost upon successful completion of the appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed and travel is not dispatched until the retainer or RON fees are paid via the secure payment link provided.
Identification & Witness Requirements
- Every signer must present a physical, valid government-issued photo ID (non-expired). Digital IDs are not currently accepted for notary appointments.
- Witnesses must be 18+ with a valid ID, unrelated to the signers and possess no beneficial interest in the documents being notarized.
- All requested witnesses must also present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of signing.
- It is the signer's responsibility to ensure all necessary witnesses are present and prepared for the scheduled appointment.
